Frances Lundy
Founder & Managing Director
Known for her drive and determination to find only the best person for the vacancy and company.
Frances lived in London and Australia before starting her recruitment career in Grafton, quickly becoming an Area Recruitment manager responsible for five locations. In 2000 she established Riada with her husband, Dominic. Still the driving force at the head of the business, Riada now recruits for leading export companies, Blue Chip and Public sector across Northern Ireland and the UK.
Frances actively supports local community clubs and businesses along side corporate sponsorships of Causeway Chamber, Ballymena Chamber of Commerce, Business Awards.

Arlene McConaghie
General Manager
Known for being diplomatic, Arlene likes to be organised and seeks attention to detail by asking strategic questions. Arlene is qualified in BA Hons Business with Computing, Certificate in Personnel Practice and MSC Human Resource Management and now an Associate CIPD. Now working in HR and recruitment since 2005, her strong work ethic has rewarded her a promotion of General Manager in September 2013.
Arlene keeps up to date with CIPD through People Management and developing her business expertise as a Member of Causeway Coast and Glens Chamber Council. Her other interests are Gym and Rugby (a massive Ballymoney, Ulster, Ireland and Tommy Bowe fan) and her hair which has never the same colour for any longer than 6 weeks, no one knows her natural hair colour.

Heather Lennox
Recruitment Specialist in HR, Accountancy & Office Services
Known for her careful decision making, Heather always considers how her candidates will best fit in a company taking into account its culture as well as the role. Heather is the longest standing employee at Riada and with experience in the Recruitment industry since 2000.
She achieved a Certficate of Personnel Practice and now specialises in placing qualified professionals in areas such as HR, Accountancy and Office Services.
Outside of the office she can often be found on the sidelines of Coleraine Rugby Club Mini Section cheering on her twin sons.

Gary Thompson
Recruitment Specialist in Engineering & Industrial
Known for his direct approach and quick thinking, Gary specialises in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector knowing that time is money he prides himself in quickly understanding the requirements and delivering the best fit candidates for the role.
Gary completed CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in 2016 and now a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute, has an Honours degree in Sports Development with Business and is a regular attender at Northern Ireland chamber events.
He has coached football to a junior and semi pro standard in New York City, now back home he helps out with local football teams.

Luke Simpson

Known for his competitive, fun but straight talking attitude, Luke is qualified in BTEC National, Higher National Diploma and now currently studying BSc Hons all in Business Studies. With his strong interest in business, he loves the Recruitment industry as “you learn something new everyday.”
Luke also has a strong interest in Sport, both watching and playing and his claim to fame is being related to Billy Hamilton ex Northern Ireland footballer who set up the goal to beat Spain at the 1982 World Cup.

Known for her ability to build strong lasting customer relationships, Nyree has 13 years of specialist knowledge of Accountancy & Finance recruitment. She previously worked for Hays Recruitment and takes pride in providing an unrivalled recruitment service to both candidates and clients.
Nyree is an active member of a local PTA, lived in England for 15 years and played Netball for a local league

Lisa Burns
Account Manager
Wrights Group
Known for her proactive and professional approach, Lisa is patient and works well under pressure making her ideal to manage large scale accounts such as Wrights Group. Meeting constant deadlines, the multitasking experience she gained in a previous role at a Facilities Management company enables her to be a very effective member of the Riada team.
Lisa’s ambitious attitude means she never stops and is known to be organising skills tests in her sleep.

Jenny Quinn

Known for organisational and communication skills, Jenny has been a CIPD HR Officer within manufacturing since 2008. Jenny may be small but has lots of perseverance to get the solution to any problem.
She has a good manner with candidates and always approachable for the workers. This is also shown by her caring nature where she is always first in the office to look after the whole Riada team.

Leroy Kennedy
Account Coordinator Engineering & Industrial
Known for his energy and optimism, Leroy has 6 years experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance with Moore Concrete. The skills & knowledge gained has been evident in his work with Riada to help recruit in this industry. Leroy has a strong local network in the Ballymena & Antrim area and actively promotes the Riada service.
Leroy has an engaging personality, a love of good coffee, plays football, DJs and a father of a young energetic family.

Annita McCullagh
Marketing Coordinator
Known for her project management skills and a trick of all trades, Annita graduated as a Civil Engineer and has been part of the Riada team since 2010. Recently made responsible for marketing, Annita is a problem solver and keen to develop the procedures and processes to make recruitment for the Riada Team, Candidates and Employers more efficient.
Outside of the office she will be found either on a bike or at the local Sports Club coaching, playing and fundraising.

Jill Morrow
Accounts & Payroll Manager
Known for strong work ethic, Jill holds a tight ship in the Accounts office. Jill is task focused and rises to the challenge being very resourceful. She holds ACCA - Level 1 Insitute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland qualification and is key to the long term financial plan of Riada. Jill oversees the complex payroll process and is also responsible for credit control.
Outside of work, Jill is family orientated and a fitness fanatic, not intimidated by an Insanity workout.
