Our focus to deliver more than people does not stop with our recruitment service. The Riada team are all heavily involved in the community from local and regional Chamber of Commerce, Sport clubs and Charity fundraising, we love to support local people and help build the NI economy aligning our values with those of our candidates and clients.

Hence we are proud to sponsor the Local Women and Mid Ulster Business Awards held in November.

Local Women Business Awards, North Coast & Ballymena

Riada are delighted to sponsor the Employee of the Year Award at the Local Women Business Awards, North Coast & Ballymena.

Hosted by the cheeky little smiler, Barra Best and held at the Galgorm Resort & Spa, Ballymena our lovely Riada ladies glammed up for the gala event. On arrival our clients and main sponsors of the night, Bushmills Distillery served Whiskey Cocktails at the drinks reception. Followed by a delectable Starter, Main, Dessert and Tea & Coffee.

Riada’s Arlene McConaghie braved the stage to present the Employee of the Year Award to Darran Wallace, Anchor Complex, Portstewart.

The December issue of the Local Women magazine is now available and featuring a full spread on the awards night.

Mid Ulster Business Awards The showcase event, organised by the Mid Ulster Mail and Tyrone Times in association with the Mid Ulster District Council, attracted hundreds of guests at the Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown.

Hosted by humourous Adrian Logan, there were many leading companies on show and their videos gave a great insight into what they had achieved and also what they would like to achieve in the future.

One of these companies were Henry Bros, Magherafelt who Riada were delighted to present the Best Community Impact award.

There was a live auction towards the end of the night, where a lady paid in the excess of £500 for a set of tickets (I believe they were for a tour of the Lifeboats at Lough Neagh).
